Beautiful writing and wonderfully real characters. I have stopped reading this book half way through. The level of sadness I’m finding overwhelming. I’ve read a plot synopsis and I can see things get worse, a lot worse. Hopefully I’ll be able to go back and read to the end at some point when I’m feeling strong . I love Jude and Willem and find sharing their pain hard.
