This book is so interesting - but the first 1/3 was a bit boring and I would start and stop.
Around page 200, the golem and jinni meet and now the plot thickens and it’s picking up speed.
It’s so well written and researched , I like it a lot and love the additional fantasy elements.
The length is misleading though - I suspect the font size is an 8 and so the reading is quite dense.

A slow start, and not easy reading. But the story is rich and characters are exquisite. It’s definitely picking up speed!
