Made it through the title chapter 😭

ok every chapter is going to make me cry i guess

First chapter is already starting heavy, but it does really make me think about my own associations. How my days blur because routines become so familiar and associative.

i did read through the introductory portion which was near 30 pages. i do enjoy psych books very thoroughly, so i am hoping this one is a good read to kick off the new year reading challenge.
