one last note

i fucking hate the name of this series

it’s so goddamned ugly and off putting

gives me major ick
and unbelievable cringe

i’m likely to skim read book three though
just to get it over with
the sooner to forget i read it
before getting to book four
which i hope comes out soon

callie’s story
that isn’t even out yet

and surprisingly
i’m interested

so
i won’t be reading book three until book four is out.
i’ll make a note in my digital library now..

too much to rant about this book but i’m over it
what a shit start to my morning
and a monumental letdown after book one.

can’t even be bothered to recap what i recall happened up until the end of this book

i just know book three will start off with a stupid ass recap of books one and two
that i won’t read

i’m beyond fucking annoyed bc this author wrote a handful of similar things ive been doing in my own writing

the mothers, the ship designing

it wasn’t even good though so

the more i think about it
the more i’m leaning towards rating this one star

i can’t even recall what i did enjoy

i think there was one or two lines at the beginning
i didnt highlight
it was another of those snarky or witty things the fmc says

i didnt highlight it at the time bc i’d thought there’d be plenty more to make a note of

but i’m pretty sure there weren’t

this book at the end suddenly got the first ohem pov?? just the one
and it was barely distinguishable from the fmc
also boring

the writing style in this book really irked me too

i could not care less about the fmc

the mmc was barely the hint of the monster from the beginning of book one

the dialogue got worse and worse

i’m rating this two stars i think

this was very meh

another cliffhanger ending

so many sex scenes

i forget what happened in the first half besides the fmc killing the mercs and waiting for her ppl to wake up from the virus
from aboht 30-60% it’s a blur
before and after that was a bore.

i’m not even looking forward to book three with patty and remas story

the little hints of it were bland

i swear i’m not doing it on purpose

finishing the latter half of this book two

i’d left off in the middle of the battle

currently
the fmc is shifting to her beserker form to go after rakis

the build up up to this was a fucking chore to slog through
ugh

to say i’m bored and tired of this writing is an understatement

i’m so fucking bored.

bc i actually care
bc book one was so enjoyable
i don’t want to read the blurbs for the rest of the series so far
no spoilers

and so i’m also dreading the end
and this possibly being an incomplete series
gah
