Currently, I am reading "Vanishing Daughters" by Cynthia Pelayo, and I do not recommend this book at all. If you want a good thriller about women being tortured by men and vanishing, I recommend reading "The One that Got Away" by Simon Wood or "The Local Missing Woman" by Mary Kubica.
