Captain Pike is so cool, man. Reading this alongside watching ST: Discovery S2 (Just finished SNW) shows me that Pike really is the best Starfleet has to offer. I want to thank my ex for suggesting I get into Star Trek. She's not around anymore but man, I'm glad no matter what I found this franchise. I feel like a kid again. I'm obsessed. Really excited for DS9, TNG and Voyager. Slowly but surely.
