I really hope this will not go down the road that just came to my mind.
Also: I find spice really boring if there hasn't been enough will they/won't they, pining, and potentially angst leading up to it. This is moving way too quickly for my personal preferences so leaving me mostly cold.

Wow, that finale was so anti-climactic and rushed. This book really wasn't for me. It was a quick and somewhat entertaining read with elements I liked but the amount of eye-rolling involved on my part clearly showed that I wasn't convinced.

She was brought to the island to be a healer and so far, she's just done a bit of gardening, had lots of sex, and tried to find out more about the potential murderer without success. I have about 100 pages left and wonder if there will be actual healing bc next is a wedding and we still need to find out who tried to kill Darragh/Basil. This had potential, but alas.

Hmmmmmm. I probably can't be mad that this is pretty straight forward what you would expect. I do have fun reading it, but it's not gonna turn off my brain good. The two things that bug me the most is them apparently calling each other Kleines (little one) and Großer (big one) *shudders* and that the nature of dragons is handled inconsistently in my opinion. Also very weird kind of insta attraction.
