i would like to say, if you tried to coach my through a panic attack, i would yell or completely shut down. if you tried to touch me, i would bite your hand. do not use a romance novel as a manual for how to help when someone has a panic attack! :D waiting for the day i get some panic disorder representation where its UGLY. recs please ‼️‼️
