Okay so it wasn't a neighbour but the co-owner of the ranch where she inherited a piece of land and a cottage. It's getting there, a bit slow to me but perhaps that's because it's in 3rdPOV I'm not used to the 3rd pov anymore. I do like Cade and the Alpacas
