I was with this book up to chapter 18, it’s losing me ATM. it’s laboriously deep into the weeds right now, the dialogue is endless and I feel it’s draggggging the plot to extinction. I totally get the writer has a message to convey but at the same time it’s to the point of ad nauseum.

Halfway and already feel like so much character growth has happened- I thought I was nearing the end of the book because it reached a climax, but there’s so much still to go!! Excited for what’s to come
