There is a lot of useful information and activities in this book. It’s worth having a read. Some “facts” didn’t seem right so I Googled and it might be because the book is outdated or taking things from a study but not considering other studies done about the same thing, but when it gets a fact wrong, it does diminish my trust in the rest a little.
