This book has been on my shelf for a literal year now. Will I ever finish it? Why do I feel like I lose if I DO finish it? Has anyone ever finished this book without throwing it out of feeling jerked around one too many times? Will 20206 be the year The Magus finally leaves my “Currently Reading” shelf? I guess we’ll see…. or not.

Seriously? When do we stopped getting jerked around by this book?
