The spiders have wasps too? Geez. Lots of brotherhood development. Quarter of the book left, how will they defeat the Megarachnids? There has to be something going on with the big white trees. Maybe they will just nuke them.

Daemon! Hell yeah! I didn't realize your average Astartes doesn't know about warp chaos beings. The Empire hides a lot. Sort of feels the way Eisenhorn ended. Each part of the book ends with a Chaos being causing problems.
