I don’t trust Scott at all..praying I’m wrong because he’s funny.
The rest of the book is going really good. I like how even in desperate measures, they honour Indigenous ways. Scott being ignorant annoys me, but he’s trying!

Has an eerie feel to it. I like it! I was hoping the power would turn back on until I learned this is the whole plot… Characters are easy to connect to, and learning about Anishinaabe culture is interesting.
