I FUCKING KNEWWWWW ITTTT

I’m creeping closer to the half way mark of this book and I just thought I’d say — if you don’t enjoy descriptive writing, lore explanations that can exceed paragraphs upon paragraphs and inner dialogue/questioning .. you will not like this book.

I also just want to say that the dialogue between characters in this book is fluid and time period accurate?? you wait for it, but it is DONE PROPERLY.

Diving back into fantasy after finishing a smut book about the mafia is giving major whiplash.

Leaving fantasy could never be an option for me.

HER WRITING IS SO MAGICALLLL FUCK.

I have a rule on reading two books at once — but curiosity won, and I’m finally starting this series.

This is already .. so promising. Nothing at all like I expected, and I mean this positively.
