I feel like I’m glued to this book, I don’t want it to end. The more I read the more I realise why someone I know was behaving in a certain manner (the why phase is good at giving answers)
Fun fact: now, the people around me are in colours :) I hope he mentions a real and effective methods to deal with each spect by the end of the book (the how phase I hope there’s will be solutions)
