The prose is beautiful enough to camouflage harm.
It's scarying me as someone with a history of some of these themes happening in this book
Normally I dnf a book like this quickly but ... This is different.... this book:
Wraps abuse in fairy-tale language
Uses beauty to soften boundary violations
I know this yet I don't want to stop reading it.
