I kept dozing off every time I sat to read it.
The author's prose is sparse, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I think I just couldn't get hooked into it. I don't typically watch or read true crime because of how it gets sensationalised. I suppose this book did do a good job of showing how lengthy, boring and exhausting court proceedings can be.
