OMG - this book is so painful. It is written in a style that seems amateurish. I feel like the author is trying to be too descriptive without really making a connection with the reader yet. I've read reviews that state the first half of the book is a drag & the second half makes the book worthwhile. I just hope I can make it to the second half - right now I feel as if I'm wasting my time.
