Interesting subject matter, but the writing feels amateurish. At times I feel like I’m reading a high school student’s essay. Very tempted to write teacher comments in the margin — “so…?” “Elaborate!” “awkward,” and — I’m having this impulse quite a bit — something along the lines of “avoid stating the obvious.”
