I genuinely think the Duke continuing to mention that he keeps using a meat grinder on the hand that he used to stab the King with is genuinely one of the most unnerving things I've ever read. Ive read so many horror novels, but this off handed comment is such a good way to show that this guy is absolutely unwell.
