So in the novel Fitz love interest molly is a big part in his story even though he doesn't interact with her physically he sees what's happening too her in his skill dreams. Resulting in him continuing to push through to complete his quest so he can go too his love and love with her and there daughter.

I would say in this book Fitz had to make the decision whether to stay in the now as a wolf or return to his body as a man to accept human problems. Which in the end he decided to become man again and went on a quest to kill false king Regal, and end up changing goals to go find true king Verity

The author uses dialogue to break up paragraphs and every new idea is a new paragraph.

I would say Fitz is a likeable character even though he has flaws which trouble him he perseveres and shows us that he wants what is necessary for the good of his kingdom and the hope to make it back to his family. Causing us to root and like him in hoping that he will be able to succeed.
