The concept of reading and learning that the person who interviewed me and hired me for my current job at a dream magazine oversaw the fact-checking for the historic Vanity Fair news story that revealed (after 3 decades of secrecy) the identity of Deep Throat, whistleblower of the Watergate scandal, which I learned about in my first journalism class in college, is COMPLETELY SURREAL AND UNFATHOMABLE TO ME. WTF!
