I don’t know what havoc my parents wreaked on my psyche but putting it in terms of “he didn’t deserve a better salary bc he didn’t negotiate” is like lightning to my brain.

I’ve put all my dental surgeries (and less invasive procedures) on a credit card (up to near the limit) and then pay it off at the end of the month (which really dings my credit but I get those sweet sweet miles and I’m looking at a lot of free flights/hotels. Acid reflux coming in for the win?? 🥴✊
