She went deeper into her recovery program during Covid which was online.
I moved deeper into my solitude, my artwork, my prayers, and nature. I got off social media, at First for days at a time, and then for months at a time. You had a dream, and now the dream is dying. You dreamed that ____could save you from a lifetime of pain, but __ can’t. you need to let that dream go. before you let it go, you must grieve it. hold that dream in your arms and weep over it, like a baby who died before its time. feel all the unbearable pain of it, all the pain that came before it. must not shut that pain down. This pain is where the healing starts.
