So far I agree with some reviews. Since when is 9-months "long enough" as long as it's not 9yrs, the love interest is crass for being in his feels, for the MC not being ready when he was ready. Also...I hope there is more about how the preternatural works in this book, b/c how is someone who's been using their ability all their life get weaker?
