I think Joanna Davidson Politanoes books, especially the Midnight Dance
The Christy Miller series by Robin Jones Gunn!! They're very summery and they're also pretty short and quick which is nice :)
The Hagenheim series by Melanie Dickerson are fairy tale romances, and The Ballad of Emery Brooks trilogy is also really good if, though it is a tearjerker!
