I feel like we should’ve been having these revelations and proclamations in book 2… this series is feeling very “entry level” romantasy and just isn’t hitting the same (has sjm ruined other series for me??)… I will continue listening because I don’t dislike them and I can get the for free at my library, just finding it hard to care atm
