I'm nearing the end of the book and wondering if there will even be enough space and time for an action climax like the previous two books in the series had. I think that's cool. The characters' personal arcs are what I care about most, and if the book ends up having no action or thriller elements in its final third, I will admire that choice. I wouldn't complain either way, though
