Ok so I said I was going to DNF books I’m not enjoying but still I am dragging myself through this. It definitely didn’t live up to the hype. I’ll give it that it has a unique magic system but the problem is that it lacks clarity and purpose and in reality the stakes are kinda low.

This story is good but I also get sleepy when I read it lol is that bad?
