So, clearly, I need to read more murder mysteries, because I fully expected the group of people at the house to be inexplicably stuck there (because ya know, rain automatically means cars don't work, right?) and expected them to solve the murder Scooby-Doo style. The fact that the police are called is so... reasonable. IDK why i'm surprised?!
