not a huge fan of the fact every time anything is mentioned for the first time in this book we get an explanation about it from the first book. like i get that it was written like that to refresh the readers’ minds as they read, rather than making them reread the lightening thief to understand the sequel, but i feel like it’s getting in the way of the story. still ofc great so far can’t wait to finish
