Why am I trying to read classics? I have no business trying to read intelligent stories. I know nothing about Italy. Giotto Frescoes “The Ascension of St. John”. The Arno river. Santa Croce is a resting place for Italian luminaries like Michelangelo, Galileo, and Machiavelli.
