i’m taking a lot longer to get through this book because of the start of classes..

van straaten has really great moments…plot points, small interiority details…but i wish that she would use more periods, split up her sentences more. everytime blurs together, and i ca understand that might be intentional because of the unstable narrator, but it’s distracting.
