Ughhhh Carl doesn’t want Katia to leave and I really don’t want Katia to leave😭

It’s so incredibly satisfying that Carl didn’t snuff out his rage and be “the bigger person”. It’s so so good that he was like “fuck that” and ripped THE DUDES ARM OFF. A round of applause!

The random bursts of “I’m going to kill your mother” from the detached head-of-a-doll-that-is-also-the-spirit-of-a-god is sending me into orbit.

I bet that sentence just sent everyone who follows me into orbit, too.

I don’t think I could describe this book to someone without sounding like I’m on acid

This is the best the characters have ever been. Donut going lawyer-mode and saying “my Carl”, and Carl bouncing off her to crack jokes. It’s full Neil Josten. It’s beautiful. I am so happy.

Holy shit he’s keeping a kill tally. He just killed someone and marked it. I’m going insane. He’s going insane. This is insane and also the best plot point of this series so far.

I love it when Carl gets pissed at the world… usually means something very badass is going to happen

I do need everyone to know that I’ve just been picturing the house from “Up”.

I swear these books always start to get really good when I have to work the next day.

Carl’s patience needs to be studied
