Status Update

Helius is 10% done

First impressions- I really vibe with the main character, and her best friend. The writing style is different than I’m used to, and there’s lots of difficult made up words for places and creatures that are difficult to work out pronunciations for. Over all I’m having fun though!

So naturally I’ve huddled in the other room to finish the last 2 chapters. Ain’t a chance in hell I’m waiting. This is too intense.

Listen this seems too soon to make another comment but this chapter was my favorite one yet 😭
So emotional, and so touching. This is probably the closest to crying that a book has ever brought me. Oh my god-
