bitch from the other team is using racial profiling to get something they were supposed to steal to her own team in FRANCE. girl ik you're all thieves and the bar is low but i didn't think it was that low😭

so so so so glad there's YA with main characters that are POC and this book will have that going for it always but can I just say...... this whole organisation that invites teenager thieves to compete against each other and they just drug them and take them to a different country is trying soooooo hard be serious but all of it is so unserious...... I have to laugh

author seems so painfully millenial.... it's CONSTANTLY being mentioned that all her shoes have like cute quirky designs painted(?) on the soles. why are we so focused on shoes, this is a book about thievery😭

wondering if the very obviously abusive relationship will actually be acknowledged. her mom seems terrible
