I enjoyed this book. I didn’t think I would, however, this book changed my perspective of historical fiction. A wonderful read and I highly recommend reading this book. It is a little iffy for men who are not comfortable with female things in some parts or for younger readers not comfortable with child birth and the process of it. Very interesting in regard to Western World medicine and culture.
