I feel like we could have just started in the middle of the book… and skipped the first half. It seemed like filler. Like we could have done without all the bs. I’m not super connected to the characters yet. I swear, the last half of this book and book 2 better be life changing.

A tad bit slow but I know all hell will break loose soon
