I like both protagonists (the book has a trending POV by chapter, one is the she-fox-spirit, another is a detective who can hear lies. Both characters are likable and they are both looking for the same person (different reasons but I can see how these reasons can converge nicely). Not sure whether the plot is gripping, it is not yet, and the writing is def nothing special
