Now that I have a journal with me as I read, I am finding the book as more of a guide or tool, which I think is the intent. I will hopefully get more out of it actually writing things down and not just mentally answering the questions as I go. Reading is going slower and my arm is getting a workout, but I think it will be worth it.

I really enjoyed the introduction, it has me excited to keep reading more, unlearning the negatives and letting go of the things that aren’t serving me. I’m hoping to find the secret I am hiding from myself on what I want out of this life and who I want to be so I can make a plan to achieve that goal.
