Keeping notes for book club -
This woman stays BUSY gd
She’s honestly incredible and I believe kept everyone in this area alive
I love in chapter 2 they talk about how you were expected to pay midwives on time, shows how respected they were
Wondering if she kept tight records due to the rise of suing in town
