OK now it all makes sense. She was in a hit and run car wreck (well car vs pedestrian) and is in a coma. So her body is at the hospital and the only person that can see her “spirit” floating around and talking is her rival coworker.

I’m not totally sure what’s happening. So like it’s a freaky Friday-esque situation but like it just her spirit that somehow separated and now she has to find her body?
Her coworker/rival is convinced she’s a ghost or he’s hallucinating.
Like I know we’re supposed to learn as she does but this has been a while. And I’m still lost.
