I am really enjoying a lot of the dialogue. Some of it is actually quite funny and it's got a very specific style of writing that is both informative and easy to read. You get a proper sense of the people in and I like the tact of which we get proper empathy for the poor people involved.

A new non white character! Hes a detective and SPOOKY, and one of the first things that happens is he's threatend to be kicked out for swearing? I've seen the other detectives swear for agesss before this?
There's a new spy story line I like, although it's adding more sexual assaulty thoughts on women and a new character called sarah whos apparently too prissy.

So far I have experienced several themes.
One being the old south - over done and giving the feeling of a southern ending -_-
Women are maternal or sexual
The only non white are Mexican cartels
And feminism is funny playing hard to get and "any woman who wants a gentleman is a liar"
Men have power and can get any woman they want
Women driven by career are creepy
