So far: Rich, connected but deatched American dude cannot be bothered to answer his phone anymore and is bored of not having to live hand to mouth, so decides to do a bit of disaster tourism to observe people who do live hand to mouth and make fun of them in a book. He is arrogant, condescending and rude. He compares praying Muslims to a dog hugging a football. Ridicules his hosts though he does not understand them.

I'm perpetually astonished. Dude comes from the ultimate home of tipping culture; a country where employees of billionaires do not get paid and have to rely on tips and multiple jobs instead and he has the audacity to ridicule an empowerished nation because its people pretend to be nice to rich Americans because they are hoping for a tip.
