‘I’m sorry,’ she whispered. ‘It’s too late.’
He hummed in response, then turned slightly, pressing a kiss to her palm.
Sera’s heart stuttered. His lips were cool, but the soft press of them against
her damp skin lit a fire inside her that devoured all thought. He opened his eyes, finding hers. ‘Thank you for trying.’
Sera swallowed, searching for words… forgetting how to form them.

She ripped out a page, grabbed her pen and wrote:
‘Get a hobby, stalker.’
She folded the paper into a dart and opened her window,

Sera leaped to her feet. The paper dart had returned to the windowsill. He must have placed it there with a shadow.

His throat bobbed, his expression hungry. ‘What does it say?’
‘It says, Fuck off, Ransom.’

And there she was. His spit fire.
Ransom gave her a slow, lethal smirk.
She hugged the column, the shock on her face quickly blooming into horror.
He almost felt sorry for her. But this was war, and she had drawn first blood. He had thirty-six stitches in his side to prove it.
So he dragged a hand across his neck and mouthed ‘im going to fucking kill
you.’

DIVA IS HEALING HIM😛😛

‘You,’ she breathed.
Ransom rolled his neck, sinking into the game.
‘Me,’ he said, with a feral smile.
