I read The First Girl Child by Amy Harmon last year and it is one of my favorite books of all time. It is truly a masterpiece. The writing and story are gorgeous. This is book two in the duology but they are intertwined standalones. I’ve been waiting for the right time to start this one since I know it’s going to finish me
