At least I have learned what the title means.

What the hell is this book?! I have no idea what's going on and half the time I'm not even sure which of the two main characters' (?) heads we're in.

I have no idea what this book is about. I've heard OF it for years (probably because of the 'scandalous' title), but never had the plot spoiled, so going into this completely blind.
