So far, half of the book is all about the awakening. It goes very much on detail on what the awakening is and it provides lots of examples. For those who have past that milestone long time ago and that have processed everything already, it might look like a loooonnnngggggggg checklist.
Still waiting for the stage that actually shares what to do to navigate this process.
