From my first commentary re Dwight and Caroline. They do marry in secret before he leaves for war and then once back, they had a public wedding.

So I just stated the book today, January 11. While watching the tv series with Aiden Turner, it has differences compared to the book. Like, the tv series doesn’t introduce Behena who delivered George’s son not Enys. Also, Enys doesn’t marry Caroline until the 6th book, not shore leave during tv series. (Unless I missed something).
